Prior to joining AP Securities, Atty. Africano was a Senior Partner of the Ordoñez & Salonga Law Office, where he established himself as an accomplished legal administrator, corporate officer and general counsel of various local and foreign companies. Atty. Africano obtained his Bachelor of Laws, Magna Cum Laude, from the Far Eastern University. He earned his Master of Laws from the Harvard Law School. As the Chairman of the Board, he is directly responsible in ensuring that the Directors are properly informed and abreast of the general activities of the firm.
Ms. Angping started her career with AP Securities in 1995 as a Certified Securities Representative (CSR). She became the Associated Person in 2004 and held the position up to 2008. Presently, Ms. Angping is still one of the CSRs of AP Securities. She is also a Trustee of the Angping Development Foundation for Education. She graduated from Maryknoll College (now known as Miriam College) in 1981 with a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies.
Ms. Esparaz started her career with Peaksun Enterprises & Export Corporation, the largest independent cement dealer in the Philippines today. Today, she is also the President of Independence Trading, a flour and bakery supplies distribution and trading company. She obtained her degree in Bachelor of Arts in Hotel and Restaurant Management from St. Scholastica’s College.
Ms. Crisostomo is the co-founder and President of AP Securities and is also the nominee of APS to PSE. Originally named Angping & Associates Securities, Inc., they started with only seven (7) employees and, through her leadership, have since grown to one of the top local brokerages in the country. As co-founder and President, Ms. Crisostomo is responsible for all aspects of company operations – from marketing to the efficient handling of the brokerage backroom operations. She is primarily responsible for the general operations of the stock brokerage business – ensuring efficiency of service delivery through proper procedure and effective controls. She is also responsible for executing the directions set by the Board. Ms. Crisostomo graduated from St. Scholastica’s College with a Bachelor of Science in Education, Major in Science and Minor in Mathematics. She also has a candidate degree for Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT) in Chemistry at the University of the Philippines and has attended executive programs at the Asian Institute of Management (AIM) and Michigan University.
Ms. Ang is also the President of Peaksun Enterprises & Export Corporation, the single, biggest independent cement dealer in the country today in terms of Sales Revenues, Transport Equipment and Total Resources. Ms. Ang graduated from the University of Santo Tomas with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce (Major in Accounting).
Atty. Marbibi started her legal career with a short stint with the Department of Labor and Employment. Immediately after, she established her private practice with Marbibi and Associates Law Office and has dedicated her time fully to this endeavor. In addition, they also run a real estate company via TCM Realty and Agriculture, Inc. Atty. Marbibi acquired her Bachelor in Public Administration from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. She later took her Master of Arts in Philosophy at the University of the Philippines, where she later also pursued her Bachelor of Laws.
Mr. Sagcal is a Certified Public Accountant and he has had more than 20 years of extensive experience in the fields of Accounting, Finance, Audit and Management Advisory Services. He has worked with corporations engaged in retail, manufacturing, oil milling and freight forwarding. He is currently a Senior Partner at Bautista Sagcal & Associates, CPAs and is also the Internal Audit Head of Systems Technology Institute (STI). He graduated from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines
